On Saturday mornings at 10.30 am we offer workshops for families with children aged 3 to 12 at the Can Prunera Playground.
On the top floor of Can Prunera, we have set up 400 square meters dedicated to exploring, discovering, playing, creating and relaxing. This new proposal by the artist Irene Fernández (Createctura) is inspired by the poetic and visual universe of Joan Miró. It is a space that proposes a constantly transforming playground through the construction of form, color and composition.
Rather than reproducing Miró’s work, the proposal seeks to engage in a dialogue with some of his essential ideas: play as a creative process, forms open to the imagination, the poetic construction of space, and the possibility of transforming perception through color and material. A modernist house turned into a field of experimentation for families and children, where art, play and creativity come together again.
The workshop takes place in small groups led by specialist workshop leaders. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
The schedule has been designed so that parking is not a problem. You can park in either the Cetre Parking or the road-side car park and walk for 10 minutes to the Museum.
